Broiled Scallops

Turn broiler on. Rinse scallop and place in a shallow baking pan
- 1 1/2 lbs. bay scallops
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Toffee Bars

At medium speed, beat butter, sugar and honey until light and fluffy
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 3 (1.3 oz.) chocolate-covered toffee bars, chopped
Lemon Loaf (Cake mix)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4.3 ounce instant or cook and serve Lemon pudding mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 6 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Icing
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3-4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Crab Rangoon, Baked

Mix first four ingredients together, then gently mix in the Imitation Crab
- 1/8 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Small Green Onion (Finely Chopped)

Outback Steakhouse Baked Potato

Oven-Baked Barbecued Spareribs

- 2 packages country ribs (6 to 8 ribs to each)

Mix together turkey, celery, grapes, pecans, mayo, lemon juice and salt until well-combined in a medium mixing bowl

- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup halved red grapes

- 1 dash lemon juice

- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2/3 cup sugar

- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 (8 oz.) carton lemon yogurt

Unstuffed Cabbage

- 1 3/4 pounds ground beef(I used 85%)
- 1 medium sized onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 can (28 oz) stewed tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup Chinese parsley (Cilantro), chopped
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 small head cabbage, sliced, about 8 cups
- Served with mashed potatoes
