Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup cubed cooked turkey
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup halved red grapes
  • 1/2 cup roasted pecans
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup whipped heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together turkey, celery, grapes, pecans, mayo, lemon juice and salt until well-combined in a medium mixing bowl. Fold in whipped heavy cream and serve cold.

Note:
As a salad: serve atop Bibb lettuce leaves.
As a sandwich: serve in a toasted croissant.
