Pork Chop and Wild Rice Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 6 thick pork chops, rinsed and left damp
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 cups beef broth
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 (6-ounce) package long-grain and wild rice mix
- 1 cup water
Lemon Brownies

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease/Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with butter/cooking spray and set aside

Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Preheat oven to 425 degrees and lightly grease a large baking sheet
- 1 pound baby red or gold potatoes cut into quarters
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Brownie Bottom Pie (Donna)

Microwave 4 squares of chocolate and 1/4 cup butter for 2 minutes
- 4 squares chocolate
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 packages instant chocolate pie filling
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- Cool Whip
- Chocolate curls
Zuppa Toscana (better than Olive Garden!)

1. Brown sausage links in a sauté pan
- 1 lb. Italian sausages (use spicy to get that signature Olive Garden flavor)
- 4-6 russet potatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. REAL bacon pieces (optional)
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic (about 3-4 cloves)
- 32 oz. chicken broth
- 1 c. kale or Swiss chard, chopped
- 1 c. heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp flour
Fresh Tomato Mozzarella Salad

Place tomato and mozzarella chunks in a large bowl
- 4 medium-sized ripe tomatoes, cut into large chunks
- 1 lb. fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Slow Cooker Nacho Dip

- 1 lb. ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Onion powder to taste
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 (16 oz.) jars salsa
- 1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Veal Piccata

- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 cloves garlic
- 12 thin veal cutlets (about 1 1/2 lb.)
- 4 to 6 tablespoons lemon juice

Reese's Ice Cream Pie

- 2 pints vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 prepared chocolate cookie pie crust
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, warmed
- 2 cups crushed Reese's
- 1/2 cup Reese's pieces
Country-Fried Steak and Eggs

- 1 1/2 lbs cubed steaks

- 2 cups milk
