- 1 1/2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Zucchini Bisque

- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 lbs. zucchini
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

- 1 cup heavy cream
Pork Chops with Pears

Drain pears, reserving the juice; cut pears into slices and set aside
- 1 (15 oz.) can pear halves
- 6 bone-in pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar

Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Pierce potatoes with a fork and bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes until tender
- 2 1/2 lbs. baking potatoes
- 1/2 lb. sliced bacon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 lb. fresh-cooked lump crab meat, picked over for cartilage and shell fragments
