Tender Grilled Tri Tip

In a sealable bag place all ingredients
- 2 3-lb tri tip roast
- 1 pk Lipton onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup Water
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (up to 4)
- Pepper (generous amounts)
- Garlic powder (generous amounts)
Eileen's Tuna Macaroni Salad

NOTE THAT THIS HAS TO CHILL AT LEAST 3 HOURS AFTER YOU PREPARE IT BEFORE YOU CAN EAT IT, SO PLAN ACCORDINGLY!
- 12 ounces Macaroni shells
- 3 cups Cheddar cubed or shredded
- 3 cans Tuna white or lightdrained
- 3/8 cup Onion minced no extra
- 1 Or use 1 t onion powder
- 1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 1/8 teaspoons Salt
- 3/8 teaspoon Pepper
- 3 Garlic cloves crushed

- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 12 ea Potatoes peeled & diced
- 6 cups Chicken broth
- 1 pint Heavy cream
- 1 pound Cheddar sharp grated
- 1/2 cup Dill fresh minced

Parmesan Potato Wedges

- 4 large Baking potatoes scrubbed
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

- 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Crockpot Cheesy Chicken

Place 3 chciken breasts in slow cooker
- 6 ea Chicken breasts boneless, skinless, about 1.5 pounds
- 1 ea Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 ea Garlic powder to taste
- 2 cans Cream of chicken soup Undiluted, each can is 10.25 ounces
- 1 ea Parsley chopped & optional, to taste
- 1 pkg Noodles use whatever kind you like
Dom's Mom's Meatballs

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup parsley, chopped fresh
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 cup Pignoli pine nutsoptionl
Crockpot Chicken

Make bouillon according to package directions
- 2 ea Carrots thinly sliced
- 1 ea Celery bunch thinly sliced
- 2 ea Onions sliced
- 1 ea Chicken cut up
- 2 teaspoons Chicken bullion garlic

Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat
- 1/2 pound Linguine
- 2 pieces Chicken breast boneless skinless , cut into small pieces
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 3 tblspoons Olive oil
- 6 whole Garlic cloves
- 4 ounces Mushroom fresh, halved, or put something else
- 6 ounces Roasted red peppers drained and chopped
- 7 1/2 ounces Artichoke hearts marinated, drained, quartered
- 3 ounces Spinach leaves fresh
- 1/4 cup Basil pesto prepared
- 1 tblspoons Parmesan divided
