Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 4 large Baking potatoes scrubbed
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Parsley fresh chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450~.
Spray a baking sheet with begetable cooking spray.
Using a small sharp knife, halve potatoes lengthwise, then cut into 1" thick wedges.
In a large bowl, combine potatoes with oil, tossing to coat.
In a small bowl, combine parmesan, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Add parmesan mixture to potatoes.
Toss to coat evenly.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet.
Bake until potatoes are easily pierced with a fork and golden brown, about 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve immediately.
