Heat oven to 350º. Spray pie plate, 9 × 1 1/4 inches, with nonstickcookingspray
- 2 (6 ounce) tuna in water drained
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese 4 ounces
- 1 medium onion chopped 1/2 cup
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup skim milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper sauce
Crockpot Carnitas Soft Tacos

Spray sloow cooker with cooking spray (or use bag)
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 2 teaspoons Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin ground
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Lime juice (from 1 lime)
- 1 ea Bonless Pork Butt or Shoulder Blade Roast about 3 lbs
- 4 1/2 ounces Green chiles chopped
- 10 ounces Green Enchilada Sauce or salsa, whatever you like in tacos
- 1/2 cup Cilantro fresh, chopped
- 2 pkgs Flour tortillas 8 inchers
- 1 ea Salsa if desired
- 1 cup Cheese shredded

Preheat oven to 450°F. Make pie crust as directed on box for One-Crust Baked Shell, using 9-inch glass pie plate
- CRUST --
- 1 bOX Pie crust, refrigerated softened
- FILLING --
- 3 ounces Unsweetened chocolate cut into pieces
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 4 ea Eggs
- TOPPING --
- 1/2 cup Sweetened whipped cream
- 1 ea Chocolate Curls if needed

- 1/4 cup Garlic Light Cream Cheese

- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes crushed

- 1 1/2 lbs Ground beef
- 1/2 pound Pork
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan 1/4 cup plus 1 tblspn
- 1 ea Egg, large
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil for frying
Crockpot Chicken Rice and Broccoli

Set crockpot to low. Place rice in a lightly greased slow cooker
- 2 lbs Chicken breasts or tenders cut in strips or cubes
- 1 1/4 cups Rice Uncooked converted rice
- 1 package Knorr's Cream of Broccoli Soup Mix
- 1 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 ea Pepper to taste
- 1 ea Parsley for color
- 1 ea Broccoli as much as you like
Nanny's Irish Bread

Mix together all dry ingredients: the flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda
- 4 cups All Purpose Flour
- 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 cup Sugar
- 16 ounces Sour Cream
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Raisins-as much as you like

- 3 1/3 cups Flour or use bread flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking soda
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1 cups Oil

- 2/3 cup Water
- 2 cups Pumpkin, Canned (dont' use full 2 cans, just 2 cups!)
