Crockpot Honey Sesame Chicken

1. Season both sides of chicken with lightly with salt and pepper, put into crock pot
- 2.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thighs would be fine too)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 c honey
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 4 tbsp diced onion
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 4 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 6 Tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds
Bacon crackers

- 1 package butter crackers (like townhouse or club crackers, either rectangular or oval in shape)
- 8-10 slices of bacon
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
