- Box chocolate cake mix (I used Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Fudge)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 c water
- 2 cans chocolate frosting (I used Duncan Hines Classic -Chocolate)
- Chopped pecans (about a cup)
- Bag mini marshmallows
- Frosting:
- 2 sticks butter, softened slightly
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 TBSP heavy cream
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1/4 c cocoa powder
- 1/4 c chocolate syrup

- 1 (2.1-oz.) pkg. precooked bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 3 oz. (3/4 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions (4 medium)
Sesame Chicken

1. Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish
- 4 chicken tenderloins, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- sesame seeds, to taste
- 1 package microwaveable brown rice

- 1 jar (26 Oz. Jar) Marinara Sauce

- Parmesan Cheese, For Sprinkling

1. In a small saucepan, brink cola and dried cherries to a boil
- Topping:
- 1/2 c cola
- 1/2 c dried tart cherries
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c chocolate milk
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 2 tsp banilla extract
- 1 1/4 c cola
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 2 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 c dark rum
- vanilla ice cream and maraschino cherries, optional
Shepard's Pie

Boil potatoes in water until cooked and soft
- Filling:
- 1-1/2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled, diced
- 3/4 cup fat free chicken broth
- 2 TBSP fat free sour cream
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- 1 lb 95% lean ground beef
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 8 oz mushrooms, diced
- 10 oz frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas, green beans, baby lima beans)
- 2 TBSP flour
- 1 cup fat free beef broth
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp freshly chopped rosemary leaves
- 1 tsp freshly chopped thyme leaves
- salt and pepper
Easy Chicken Bake

1. Preheat oven to 400. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, set aside
- 1 package (6oz) stovetop cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 1-2lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 in pieces
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1/3 c sour cream
- 1 bag (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
