- 2 packages (9oz each) frozen, cut green beans (thawed and drained) or 2 cans (16oz each)

- 1 can crm of mushroom soup
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 can (2.8 oz) Durkee French Fried onions

- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 2 1/4 cup cool whip
- 1 egg
- Powdered sugar, to taste
Chicken Linguine Alfredo

1. In 4-quart Dutch oven, cook linguine as directed on pkg
- 8 oz whole grain uncooked linguine
- 2 tsp butter or margarine
- 2 TBSP finely chopped shallot
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 pint (2 cups) fat-free half-and-half
- 3 TBSP all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/4 c shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- 1 lb chicken breast strips for stir-fry
- 1 jar (7 oz) roasted red bell peppers, drained, thinly sliced
- 1/3 c shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
- 2 TBSP chopped fresh parsley
Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon chips

Chips 1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Chips:
- 10 flour tortillas (10")
- cooking spray or olive oil spray
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Fruit Salsa
- 2 granny smith apples
- 1 lemon
- 1 c finely diced melon
- 1 lbs strawberries
- 1/2 lbs raspberries
- 4 tbsp. preserves (raspberry)
Fettuccine Alfredo

1. Cook fettuccine as directed on package, omitting salt
- 1 lb uncooked fettuccine
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 TBSP all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash freshly ground black pepper
- Dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 2 TBSP butter
- 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 2 oz 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel)
- 2/3 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 2 TBSP chopped fresh parsley
Dana's Crockpot Roast

1. Put roast in crock-pot and cover with Golden Mushroom soup, water, and Beefy Onion soup mix
- Chuck roast (label will often say pot roast)
- 1-2 cans Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup (depending on size of roast)
- 1-2 soup cans of water (depending on size of roast)
- 1-2 packages Lipton Beefy Onion Soup (depending on size of roast)
- Potatoes
- Carrots

1. In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sugar and cocoa; stir in butter
- 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 4 tsp baking cocoa
- 3 TBSP butter, melted

- 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 c sweetened condensed milk

White Chocolate cake with Lemon Cream

- Cake:
- 2 1/4 c all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 bars (4 oz each) white chocolate chopped
- 3/4 c (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 3/4 c sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 c milk
- Lemon Cream:
- 1/4 c confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 c greek yogurt
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1 c lemon curd
- Garnish: Sugared lemon peel strips
