  • 1/2 cup almond meal or flour (or 1/2 rounded cup almonds, processed into a fine meal)
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (or 1 teaspoon vanilla plus 2 teaspoons peppermint extract)
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
