- ■3 cups Dry Spaghetti, Broken Into Two Inch Pieces
- ■2 cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- ■2 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- ■1/4 cup Finely Diced Green Pepper
- ■1/4 cup Finely Diced Onion
- ■1 jar (4 Ounce) Diced Pimentos, Drained
- ■2 cups Reserved Chicken Broth From Pot
- ■1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- ■1/8 teaspoon (to 1/4 Teaspoon) Cayenne Pepper

Another meal for busy nights when we all are needing to eat supper at different times
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can (15 ounces) Ranch Style beans, drained
- 1 can (10 ounces) rotel tomatoes mild, drained
- 1 teaspoon chili powder1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded colby jack cheese
- 8 flour tortillas

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup buttermilk

Makes 6....1/2C servings. Gosh I love fried (oven or otherwise) okra
- canola oil cooking spray
- 1 20 ounce bag frozen sliced okra, thawed
- 1 half-teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups yellow corn mean, only a half-cup actually adheres to the okra
- I would use only pre-breaded and frozen okra or fresh.
