Beef Layer: Saute onions in 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 2 (8-ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables or niblet corn, prepared
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 8 to 10 medium red new potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 12 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups instant biscuit mix
EASY BAKE RICE DISH (Christopher Tite )

- 1 16 ounce bottle italian dressing
- 1 tablespoon grated parm cheese
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 medium red onion
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced

- 6 ) 4 tablespoons butter
- 7 ) 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 8 ) 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 9 ) 2 cups pecans
- 10 ) 1 pie crust unbaked
Potatoes and Eggs

Directions Wash and peel potatoes and pat dry with paper toweling slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick
- 4 Idaho baking potatoes
- 1 large yellow onion
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
