Grilled Portabello Mushrooms (Monte Little)

  • 6 large portabello mushrooms, cleaned
  • olive oil
  • garlic pepper seasoning
  • lemon butter dill seasoning (Soulard Market)
  • parmesan cheese
  • 1 8 oz pkg shredded mozzerella cheese



Step 1

Place foil on hot grill. Place mushroom top side down. Season with garlic pepper and lemon butter dill seasoning. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on mushrooms. Cook for 30 minutes. Top each mushroom with mozzerella cheese and let melt. Serve.
