- 1 green onion (just green stem)

- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 cups cup cream-style cottage cheese
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- Cook chicken in butter and garlic and set aside.

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
