Brown ground beef, bacon and onion
- 1 lb. ground beef (chuck or round)
- 1 lb. bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 4 tbsp. molasses
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans
- 2 (16 oz.) cans pork & beans
- 2 (16 oz.) cans butter beans
Mozzarella Sticks w/ Marinara Sauce (Drew Coots)

Marinara Sauce: In a large casserole pot, heat the oil over a medium-high flame
- Marinara Sauce:
- 1 1/2 cups Italian-style dried breadcrumbs
- 1 1/3 cups freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 (16-ounce) blocks pasteurized mozzarella cut into 4 by 1/2-inch sticks
- 4 large eggs, beaten to blend
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 small onions, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste
- 2 (32 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
- 2 dried bay leaves
German Potato Salad with Beer Dressing (Tom Holland)

Directions Peel and cube potatoes, boil until tender, drain
- 10 small red potatoes
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 small onion chopped
- 4 ribs celery chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 2 Tbs. flour
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 1 C. beer
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley

- Add Ingredient to this Sub Section
- In a mixing bowl combine the first five ingredients. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Add eggs. Mix well. Spread in a greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
- 1 ) 1 package (7 oz.) coconut Edit Delete
- 2 ) 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- Sprinkle coconut on top. Drizzle sweetened milk evenly on coconut. Return to the oven for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.

Heat the oven to 350°F. Mix celery soup with 1/3 cup milk
- 1 bag Pepperidge Farm Herb bread crumbs
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (for gravy)
- 1 can cream of celery (for dipping)
- 2/3 cup milk, divided
- 1 stick melted butter
Italian Winter Greens Soup (Tammy)

In a 3-quart saucepan saute onions and garlic in butter until soft
- 1 small onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 T. butter
- 1 T. minced fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 t. dried basil
- 3 C. poultry stock
- 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/2 Ib. spinach or chard-type greens, chopped into large pieces
- 1/2 t. soy sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 -1/2 t. freshly ground black pepper

- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar, plus 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping
- 2 (3-ounce) packages strawberry gelatin dessert mix
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen strawberries
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple
- Whipped topping or whipped cream, to garnish
