  • 1 small green pepper, finely diced
  • 1 cup green onions & stems, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
