VEGETABLE SALAD (Barb McCalley

Combine the green peas, green beans, corn and pimentos
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can green peas, drained
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 (11-oz.) can shoe peg corn, drained
- 1 small jar chopped pimentos, drained
- 1 small green pepper, finely diced
- 1 cup green onions & stems, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
Taco Soup (Shalyn Jackson)

Simmer 30 min. Crumble Frito's and shredded cheese on top of each serving
- Add:
- Brown 1 lb of hamburger with onion- drain
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 can kidney bean
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 cup of water
Bacon Cheese Stuffed Shells (Greg Tite)

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 24 uncooked jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1/4 cup butter, divided
- 1-1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese,
- softened, divided
- 1-1/2 cups shredded Asiago cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley, divided
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 2 cups Shredded Romano cheese
- 1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim
- mozzarella cheese

Beat drained sweet potatoes until mashed
- 1 ) 3 cans sweet potatoes (29 oz can)
- 2 ) 1 cup sugar
- 3 ) 1 stick melted butter
- 4 ) 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 5 ) 1/3 cup milk
- 6 ) 4 eggs
- 7 ) 1 cup brown sugar
- 8 ) 1 cup chopped pecans
- 9 ) 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 10 ) 4 tablespoons melted butter

Coat a 9 inch glass pie dish with nonstick spray
- 1 ) 1 stick butter, cut up
- 2 ) 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3 ) 2 large eggs
- 4 ) 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 6 ) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 7 ) 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 8 ) 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

In a large mixing bowl, add the pork, beef and pork fat
- 1 1/2 pounds pork butt, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 pound beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 pound pork fat, cubed
- 1/2 cup chopped garlic
- 4 tablespoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon ground dried summer savory
- 1 pint container of 1 1/2-inch casings
