Ingredients
- 1 ) 3 cans sweet potatoes (29 oz can)
- 2 ) 1 cup sugar
- 3 ) 1 stick melted butter
- 4 ) 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 5 ) 1/3 cup milk
- 6 ) 4 eggs
- 7 ) 1 cup brown sugar
- 8 ) 1 cup chopped pecans
- 9 ) 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 10 ) 4 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Beat drained sweet potatoes until mashed. Add 1cup sugar, butter, vanilla, and milk. Add eggs 1 at a time beating well after each egg. Pour mixture in greased 9 x 13 pan. Now mix topping ingredients together. Mix brown sugar, butter, flour. Stir in pecans. Place topping on sweet potato mixture and bake at 350 for 35 - 45 minutes or until golden brown.
