California Pasta Salad

- DRESSING:
- 1 pound thin spaghetti, broken into 1-inch pieces
- 3 large tomatoes, diced
- 2 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1 sweet red pepper, diced
- 1 large red onion, diced
- 2 cans (2-1/4 ounces each) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 bottle (16 ounces) Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
POTATO SOUP

Melt butter and cream cheese in stock pot
- 5 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 can or 16 oz Chicken Broth
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 can Cheddar Cheese soup
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 pkg 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 1/2 cup of Milk
Grilled Steak Fries with Garlic Sauce and Parmesan

Preheat grill to high. Toss steak fries in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 – 2 lbs. steak fries, frozen
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- Garlic Sauce with Fresh Herbs (recipe follows)
- Garlic Sauce with Fresh Herbs
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Directions:
- Add the mayo, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne, and herbs to a blender or food processor. Pulse until well incorporated. Slowly add in oil to emulsify. Reserve sauce as a dip, or toss with finished steak fries.
Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake Cookies

1 Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, dry pudding mix, oil and egg until soft dough forms

- 1 1 1 box (4-serving size) cheesecake-flavor instant pudding and pie filling mix
