This recipe is prepared with the 8-quart stockpot
- 3-1/2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1-1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1-1/4 tsp salt
- 3 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-1/2" cubes
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 2-1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 2-1/2 cups beef stock
- 2 cups Guinness beer
- 3 Tbsp tomato paste
- 2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 (16-oz) bag baby carrots
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Hungry Chick Chunky Soup

Evenly season chicken with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds raw, boneless, skinless lean chicken breasts, halved
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 cups dry coleslaw mix
- 1 (15-ounce) can white beans (such as cannellini), drained and rinsed
