- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1 each of liquid food colors (blue, yellow, green, red)

- Preparation:
- 8 slices Texas Toast or any thick-cut Italian or French bread
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups marinara, divided
- 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 4 breaded chicken cutlets (use your favorite store-bought brand)
- 3 cups mozzarella, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
- 12 basil leaves
