Creamy Tropical-Berry Smoothie

Place all ingredients into the HealthMaster (or a blender) and process until completely blended
- Ingredients:
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1 orange, sliced (for garnishing)
- 1 mango, pitted and peeled
- 2 whole bananas, peeled
- 1 pint blueberries
- 2 pints raspberries
- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 can (11.8 fl. oz.) coconut water
- 1 cup ice
Healthy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork with Light & Tangy Coleslaw

In a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, smoked paprika, sugar substitute, onion powder, and garlic powder together
- Pork:
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp. sugar substitute
- 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 4-lb. pork tenderloin
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups light apple juice
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups light barbeque sauce
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
- Whole wheat buns for sandwiches
- Coleslaw:
- 1-1/4 cups fat free mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning or seasoning salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 3 scallions, chopped
Sparkling Peach Tea

ADD water to drink mix in large plastic or glass pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved
- 3 cups cold water

- 1 bottle (1 L) diet ginger ale
Homemade Apple Cider & Apple Sauce

- 8 Red Delicious apples, quartered, seeds and peels removed
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1 Tbsp. nutmeg
- 6 whole cloves
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 3/4 tsp. whole allspice
- 4 (1/4-inch slices) fresh whole ginger, peeled
