Easy Mini Thai Chicken Pies

1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray
- Thai Chicken Mixture
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (4 medium)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon Thai red curry paste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
- Baking Mixture
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- Garnishes
- 1/2 cup salted cocktail peanuts
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (4 medium, if desired)

Bake the cake according to directions in 9x13 inch pan
- 1 package devil's food chocolate cake or german choc. cake mix
- 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 jar caramel topping
- 1 8oz tub cool whip
- 4-5 snickers bar (my preference) you can use skor, heathbar, or mini reeses
Honey Orange Cleanse

- 1/2 cup (120 ml) orange juice
- 1/2 (50 g) orange, peeled
- 1/4 cup (30 g) sliced radishes
- 1 teaspoon honey or other sweetener, to taste
- 3 large mint leaves
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) ice cubes

Add the ingredients for the buttermilk brine to the 21-cup Lock & Lock container and mix
- Flour Mixture:
- 1-3/4 lbs. chicken, cut up into 6 parts
- 6 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- Buttermilk Brine:
- 1-qt. buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
Zesty Chicken Salad Spread

Whisk together cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Dijon mustard until smooth
- 3 ounces (small block) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 (12.5 ounces) can chicken, drained (see Notes)
- 1/4 cup minced sweet onion
- 1/4 cup minced roasted red pepper (jarred are fine)
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 to 3 drops liquid smoke, optional
- 1 Tablespoon chopped chives
- Minced parsley for garnish
Kid Friendly Pasta Salad

Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions
- 12 ounces fun-shaped pasta, such as radiator
- 8 slices thin bacon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 4 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash sugar, optional
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes (yellow and red), halved lengthwise
- 1/2 pound Cheddar, cut into small cubes
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- Ground black pepper
- 24 whole basil leaves, chiffonade
Red Velvet Polka Drop Cookies

Preheat oven to 375. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
- Dry ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons red food coloring
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Cinnamon-Apple Grilled Cheese Recipe

- 1 cup sliced peeled tart apple
- 3 teaspoons butter, softened, divided
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

- 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
