White Chocolate Fried Cheesecake

To prepare the cheesecake, start by preheating the oven to 325°F
- Cheesecake:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1-1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1-1/2 Tbsp flour
- 1-1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 8 oz white chocolate, melted
- Blueberry Sauce:
- 2 (6-oz) containers fresh blueberries
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Deep-Fry Batter:
- 4 cups self-rising cake flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar, plus 1 tsp
- 2-1/2 cups water
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 whole eggs
Easiest Ever Glazed Carrots
