  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp ancho chile pepper powder
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15-oz) can pinto or red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
