Saucy Foil-Pack Barbecue Ribs

- 1 (15-oz) can coconut milk
- 3/4 tsp curry powder
- Pomegranate seeds and cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Honey Lime Barbecue Grilled Sweet Potatoes
