- Ingredients:
- Cheese Mixture:
- 1-1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Oil-Garlic Mixture:
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Sausage-Vegetable Mixture:
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz sausage, crumbled
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 1 cup red peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup tomato, diced
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- Dough:
- 3 (8-oz) portions store-bought pizza dough
- Filling, Finishing & Serving:
- 2 cups smoked mozzarella, shredded
- 8 oz soppressata or your favorite salami
- 6 –8 basil leaves, torn
- 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup ranch dressing or marinara sauce, for serving
