- 2 cups water
- 4 cups chopped fresh broccoli (about 1-1/2 pounds)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 6 tablespoons butter, cubed
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. In batches, place lemon juice, raspberries, blueberries and sugar in a blender; cover and process until blended

- 1-1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1-1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 to 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 3 cups cold water
- 1 . In batches, place lemon juice, raspberries, blueberries and sugar in a blender; cover and process until blended. Strain and discard seeds.
- 2 . Transfer to a 2-1/2-qt. freezer container; stir in water. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
- 3 . Just before serving, remove from freezer and let stand 45 minutes or until slushy.
- Total Time: Prep: 15 min. + freezing
- Yield: 8 servings
