- Ingredients:
- 2 (5.1-oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3-3/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup dark rum
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 (15.25-oz) box dark chocolate cake mix
- 1 (7-oz) package snickerdoodle cookies, roughly crushed
Grilled Peach & Arugula Salad

To start the salad, spray peach slices with nonstick spray
- Salad:
- 24 peach slices, peeled
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 oz roasted, salted Marcona almonds, divided

- 5 oz baby arugula
- Dressing:
- 1 shallot, finely diced
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

- 2 tsp lemon zest

- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
