- Drink & Garnish:
- 4 oz pear nectar
- 2 dashes bitters
- 1/2 lemon, cut into wedges
- 2 pear slices, for garnish
- 2 cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Strawberry-Nutella Whoopie Pie

To prepare the cookies, position an oven rack on the lower level and preheat to 350°F
- Cookie:
- 2-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 3/4 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

Deviled Egg Chicks

Cut a 1/2" slice off the top and bottom of each egg (or enough to expose the yolk)
- 12 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 carrot, peeled and julienned (for the beaks)

Grilled Garden Fresh Pizza

Whenever I get asked what my favorite thing to grill is, I frequently answer "pizza"
- 1 package (12 oz.) refrigerated or frozen fresh pizza dough
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes, any variety or color
- 1/2 cup green peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup pepperoni (optional)
- 1 small ball of fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 3 Tbsp. good quality balsamic vinegar (optional)
Ginger Pineapple Mojito
