- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Chicken 'n Dumplings

Combine all ingreidents, except biscuits, in slow cooker
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in small chunks.
- 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup oion, finely diced
- 2 Cups water
- 2-10 ox packages refrigerated biscuits
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
Pineapple Noodle Bake

cook noodles melt oleo and put over noodles
- 1 lb cooked egg noodles
- 1 lrg can of pineapple-drained
- 4 eggs - beatem
- 1/2 to 1 c sugar -to taste
- 1 pint (16 oz) sour creme
- 1 lb cottage cheese (can add extra)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 or 2 stickes of oleo-melted
Portobello Mushroom Burger

- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil

General Zuo’s Popcorn

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees
- 4 quarts freshly popped corn
- one 13 ounce can dry chow mein noodles
- 1 cup roasted, salted peanuts
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vinegar-based Asian hot sauce, such as Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Dark Chocolate Quinoa Truffles

1.Add the dates to a food processor fit with the steel blade and process until finely chopped
- For the truffles:
- 3 medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 – 1 1/2 teaspoon stevia powder
- 2 tablespoons almond butter (or your favorite nut butter)
- 2 tablespoons honey (maple syrup or agave would also work)
- For the chocolate coating:
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia powder
- Sea salt (optional as a garnish)
