Directions- 1. Line muffin tin with paper liners
- (makes 24-27 standard sized cupcakes)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa (best quality available)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (best quality available)
- 1 cup boiling water

1. Put the popcorn in a very large bowl
- 9 cups plain popcorn
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In food processor pulse sugar, powdered sugar and butter till creamy
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup lemon curd (lemon pie filling, mousse or any kind of pie filling)
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (use only if the filling is to thick) (optional)

- 1 Cup TGI Fridays Spinach and Artichoke Dip..or any other spinach an Artichoke dip
- 1 pizza shell
- 1 s liced tomato
- 6-8 oz of cooked chunked chicken
- 2-4 oz crumbled bacon (cooked and drained)
- 1/2 cup Fontina cheese
- 1/4 cup Feta cheese
McGinnis Sisters Corn Bread Stuffing

In large skillet or Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 8 cups corn bread cubes
- 1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh sage leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Cook beef, onion and garlic in 3 qt saucepan until beef is brown
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (15 -16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained or 1 (15 -16 ounce) can pinto beans, if desired
Cake Batter Protein Shake

- OPTIONAL:
- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 3-5 drops butter or almond extract
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar free instant pudding mix OR 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3-5 Stevia packets or sweetener of choice to taste
- 1/2 to 1 cup water, according to desired consistency
- 5-10 ice cubes, according to desired consistency
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
- Sprinkles for topping!

- 1 block (8 Oz. Block) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 3/4 cups Chocolate Chips
