Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip

1.In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips
- 8oz pkg Reese's peanut butter cup Minis (or about 1 1/2 cup chopped Reeses cups
Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Popcorn

Peanut butter popcorn with a drizzle of chocolate and Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
- 8 cups plain popcorn (we use air-popped popcorn)
- Fine salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips, melted
- 1 1/2 cups Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Broccoli Salad

chop broccoli cook bacon add rest of ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 lb bacon
- 3 cups of raisens
- bag of shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup hellmans
- 1 tb vinegar
Chinese Cabbage Salad

mix salad together right before ready to serve
- 2 heads of Nappi Cabbage-cut inot 1" pieces
- Double batch
- Brown in large skillet-keep stirring to avoid burning.
- 5 Tbs margarine
- 2 pkgs of Romain Noodles-break into pieces while still in pkg.
- 1 1/2 cup sliced Almonds
- Dressing-Double this batch also
- Boil for 1 min.
- 1/3 C of redwine vinager
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 3/4 C oil
- 1/2 C sugar
- cool refrig overnight
Spinach Dip

Mix all together and place in frig
- 1 pt sour creme
- 1 c mayonaize
- 4 oz waterchestnuts, drained chopped fine.
- 1-10 ox chopped frozen spinach
- 1 pkg. Mrs. Grass Veg Seasoning
- Round Bread-cut center out & put dip inside
Oriental Chicken Salad

In large bowl mix; shredded cabbage cubed chicken cooked noodles w/o seasoning pkg
- 6 Chicken breast.seasoned to the way you like-baked and cubed
- 1 lg head of cabbage-cut in quarters then thinly sliced/shredded
- 2 pkgs of oodles of noodles oriental flavored
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups slivered almonds
Cherry Delight

mix together graham crackers, powder sugar, 1/ c oleo & line bottom of cake pan, then put in refrigerator
- Crust
- 20 rolled graham crackers
- 3 Tbs powdered sugar
- 1/2 C oleo
- Filling
- Dream Whip
- 1-8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 C powdered sugar
- Topping
- 1 can of Cherry pie filling or any other fruit
HONEY PECAN PORK CHOPS

1. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt and pepper
- 1 1/4 1 ¼ pounds boneless pork loin, pounded thin
- 1/2 ½ cup all-purpose flour for coating
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1/4 ¼ cup honey
- 1/4 ¼ cup chopped pecans
No Bakes

Put in saucepan & bring to a boil
- 2 Cups Sugar
- /2 Cup Milk
- 3 Tbs Cocoa
- 1 stick oleo
- 3 Tbs peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 Cups quick oats
- nuts if desired
