BUFFALO CHICKEN PASTA

Coat chicken with hot sauce Place 1 tbs butter and breast in the Instant pot with one cup water
- 2 large chicken breasts about 1 pound
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 16 oz pasta
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 tbs butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 40 z 3 cheese blend Mexican cheese
- 3 cups water
- Bacon bits or 3 pieces of bacon crumbled
Mini Funfetti Cheesecakes

Preheat the oven to 350F Crumble the graham crackers in a food processor
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vanilla cake mix
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
- 6 graham crackers
- 2 tbsp pecan pieces
- 4 tbsp melted butter

- 1 lb sweet italian turkey sausage
- 3 t. oil, divided
- 1 md. onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 c. plain cous cous
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 c. fresh basil, sliced into thin ribbons

Using a small spoon or a teaspoon measuring spoon, scoop out balls of jam and lay them on a sheet pan or plate line...
- 1 cup peanut butter (we use creamy, but chunky could also do the trick)
- 1 cup quick oats, plus more for coating (make sure they’re quick oats and not old-fashioned)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Strawberry jam (or whatever your favorite jam is)

- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp mint extract
- 3 drops blue coloring + 10-15 drops green coloring
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips*
