If I am using a jar sauce I always like to doctor it up some
- 1 box lasagna noodles(no boil is fine too)
- 1 Jar pasta sauce/ orcanned crushed tomatoes and your added seasonings.
- 32 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 1 bag of shredded mixed Italian cheese,
- 1 package or roll of Ground Italian sausageor lean ground beef
- Fresh basil to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Minced or fresh garlic to taste

- 8 garlic heads
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners
- 24 Reese's miniatures, unwrapped, divided
- Devil’s food cake mix, prepared according to package instructions
- 2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 10 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1-2 tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. melted chocolate
Extra Fudgy Coconut Oil Brownies

Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt the coconut oil and the chocolate over very low, gentle heat
- 3/4 cup coconut oil (measured while solid)
- 4 1/2 ounces unsweetened chocolate (70% dark)
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

Chop up the carrots and onions
- 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 8 oz Carrots peeled and chopped
- 8 oz Yellow Onion chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
- 3 28 oz cans San Marzano Tomatoes in Purée Italian style
- 1 cup Chicken Stock/Broth
- 1-1.5 cup(s) Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt or 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil leaves cut into fine ribbons
- Optional Ingredients (No Longer Nordstrom)
- 2 oz Parmesan Cheese
- 1 TBL Premium Fish Sauce (or Worcestershire Sauce)
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
SPICED PUMPKIN APPLE BUTTER

Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker, stir, and set to high pressure for 10 minutes
- 2 cans (15oz each) pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 3 peeled and cored apples, cut into small bite size pieces
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 12oz bottle hard apple cider
- Pinch of salt

1) combine all ingredients in cooker; mix well 2) cover; cook low 4-6 hours or til rice is finished
- 2 c uncooked wild rice
- 1/2 c slivered almonds
- 1/2 c chopped onions
- 1/2 c chopped celery
- 8-12 oz can mushrooms, drained.
- 2 c cut up chicken
- 6 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 t. parsley

- 1/8 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- Entire package marekside super bled slaw (or any slaw blend)
- Wrap in egg roll wrappers (14 Frieda’s egg roll wrappers)

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- – 1 cup uncooked basmati rice, rinsed
- – 1 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
- – 1-15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
- – 1-16-ounce jar salsa
- – 1 cup chicken broth
- – 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper
- – 1 teaspoon oregano
- – 1/2 teaspoon salt
- – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- – 2 large chicken breasts (about 1-1/2 pounds), thawed
- – 1 cup shredded cheese blend
- – 2 green onions, sliced
