    box lasagna noodles(no boil is fine too)

  • 1

    Jar pasta sauce/ orcanned crushed tomatoes and your added seasonings.

  • 32

    oz. Ricotta cheese

  • 1

    bag of shredded mixed Italian cheese,

  • 1

    package or roll of Ground Italian sausageor lean ground beef

  • Fresh basil to taste

  • Rosemary to taste

  • Minced or fresh garlic to taste

Directions

If I am using a jar sauce I always like to doctor it up some. This is quite simple with a few seasonings, and even a dash of red wine Prepare a spring form pan with olive oil spray Add a little sauce to the bottom of Springform pan.Break down lasagna noodles to fit bottom one layer Add layer of ricotta and of spoonsful of pasta sauce, spread evenly. Break down ground sausage into small pieces and add a layerTop with lasagna noodles(broken to fit) and begin again layering accordingly. This pan takes about 3 layersCover with aluminum foil. Place on trivet in IP with 1.5 cups water. Cook 20 mins on HP. NPR 20 minutesLet sit 10 mins before removing sides of pan and serving. With extra sauce on hand, pour over lasagna when on your plate, add fresh basil and fresh parmesan. Bon Appetite! Don’t forget the garlic bread.
