Ingredients

    c uncooked wild rice

  • ½

    c slivered almonds

  • ½

    c chopped onions

  • ½

    c chopped celery

  • 8-12 oz can mushrooms, drained.

    c cut up chicken

  • 6

    c. chicken broth

  • ¼

    tsp salt

  • ¼

    tsp pepper

  • ¼

    tsp garlic powder

  • 1

    t. parsley

Directions

1) combine all ingredients in cooker; mix well 2) cover; cook low 4-6 hours or til rice is finished. do not remove lid prior to 4 hour mark
