Amaretto & chocolate tart with apricot cream

Place an oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F
- Crust:
- Butter, for greasing the tart pan
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces, chilled
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 2 tablespoons iced water, plus extra, as needed
- Filling:
- 2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips, such as Ghirardelli (12 ounces)
- 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces, at room temperature
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- Apricot Cream:
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup apricot jam, such as Bonne Maman
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Special equipment: One 9-inch tart pan with a removable base

- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c unsweetened dutch process cocoa powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 c creamy pb
- 3/4 c confectioners sugar
Spaghetti with olive and pine nut salsa

1) finely chop olives, capers and pine nuts
- 3/4 c black olives,pitted
- 1/4 c drained capers
- 1/4 c pine nuts
- 1/4 c chopped, fresh parsley
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 c evoo
- 1 lb spaghetti
- salt
Grilled Brie

Heat grill to medium-low. Place cheese on a large piece of foil
- 1 Wheel of Brie
- 1/4 c. olive oil, divided
- 1 c. chopped strawberries
- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 2 tbsp. Thinly sliced basil
- 2 tbsp. balsamic glaze

In a greased 9 x 13 pan, mix the box of rice, cans of celery and mushroom soup and one can of water
- 1 box Uncle Ben’s Long Grain Wild Rice (original recipe)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can water
- (You can add another can of water for moister rice.)
- Chicken breasts or tenders

Step 1 Combine milk chocolate chips, honey, and heavy cream in a (6-quart) Instant Pot
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Step 1
- Combine milk chocolate chips, honey, and heavy cream in a (6-quart) Instant Pot. Stir to coat all ingredients. Put the lid on, and turn setting to Slow Cook on High 1 hour.
- Step 2
- Remove lid, and stir well. Add white chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir to combine. Turn Instant Pot off; allow the device to cool down for 3-5 minutes
- Step 3
- Turn Instant Pot to Sauté setting on Low. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches a smooth consistency, 20 to 30 minutes.
- Step 4
- Pour mixture into an 8- x 8-inch or 8- x 6-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper. Allow to cool 1 hour.

- Once mixture is cool but still warm, remove from dish using parchment paper as handles. Cut into 1- x 1/2-inch pieces. Roll pieces into logs, and wrap individually with squares of wax paper.
