I found this recipe on the back of a bag of cranberries
- Filling:
- 2 C fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C walnut or pecan pieces
- Topping:
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 C softened butter
- 1 C sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp almond extract

- Unsalted Butter 1 1/2 Cups (3 sticks) (336g)
- Hi Ratio Solid Vegetable Shortening 1 1/2 Cups (336g)
- Confectioners Sugar (Domino Brand 10X Sugar) 6 cups 720g)
- Heavy Cream 6 Tablespoons (90ml)
- Vanilla Extract 2 teaspoons
- Butter Extract 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Molded Cheese Ring

Simple, yet surprisingly tasty
- 3 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C chopped walnuts
- 1 small onion (about the size of an egg)chopped
- 1 C Hellman's mayo
- 2 or 3 dashes of tabasco
- dash of black pepper
- Strawberry preserves

- 2 cups of whole milk
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3 dashes of salt
