- 5 pounds fresh, organic cabbage - shredded (reserve a few clean outer leaves)
- 3 tablespoons sea salt

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 4 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 2 cups frozen cut green beans (about 8 ounces)
- 2 cups frozen peas (about 8 ounces)
- 1 cup frozen corn (about 5 ounces)
- 1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups water
- 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups V8 juice

- 12 oz kielbasa or sausage, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped (approx. 6-7 cups)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2/3 cup frozen peas
- 8 oz uncooked egg noodles
- salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

In a medium mixing bowl stir together first 8 ingredients until smooth
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp dried mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp favorite hot sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp finely diced onion
- 12 oz jar of diced pimiento
- 16 oz shredded sharp yellow cheddar cheese

- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 lb chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 bell peppers - green, red or yellow, cut into thin strips

- 1 Tbsp Hungarian paprika
