Buttercream Frosting with Pudding

In mixer set on medium speed, beat the butter until smooth and silky
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 stick salted butter, room temperature
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant pudding mix (any flavor)
- 1/2-3/4 cup heavy cream (depending on how thick you want your frosting)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (or more to suit your tastes) powdered sugar
Brownies, Mexican Style

Prepare the brownies as directed, add chipotle and cinnamon to the batter, mix well
- 1 box of your favorite brownie mix OR homemade brownies
- 3/4 tsp chipotle chili pepper
- 1 tsp round cinnamon
Druid Harvest Pie

An Irish fall favorite from Chef Maeve
- 2 firm Granny Smith Green Apples
- 1 cup Cranberries
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pear
- 1/4 cup Golden Raisins
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Clove
- 1 TBSP Whiskey
- 4 TBSP Corn Starch

Melt the butter and and combine it with the sweetened condensed milk & vanilla extract until well blended
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups dried coconut fine or medium cut
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1½ cups chocolate chips
- Additional graham crumbs for rolling the cookie balls, or colored sugar.

- 12 12 12 oz. (340 grams) unflavored vegetable shortening
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 2 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 2 2 tbsp. milk or cream
- 2 2 907 lbs. (32oz., 907 grams) powdered confectioner's sugar

Nice cookies! This recipe has been in my family for years
- 4 C unsifted all purpose flour
- 2 C quick, old fashioned oats
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 C butter, room teperature
- 2 C brown sugar, packed
- 1 C granulated sugar
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 can pumpkin, Libby solid packed (16 oz)
- 1 C chocolate morsels and or raisins and or walnuts (optional)
