Combine the first 6 ingredients
- 1 lb turkey breast
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups low sodium beef broth
- 2 tsp no salt added tomato paste
- 1 can (14 1/2) oz. no salt added tomatoes, diced and undrained
- 1 bay leaf
- 3/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
