Old Fashioned Pot Roast with Gravy

Place potatoes, carrots and garlic in 6 quart slow cooker coated with cooking spray
- 1 1/2 lb Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 1/2 lb carrots, cut into 2" pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, halved
- 1 (2 1/2 lb) lean sirloin tip roast
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 (14 oz) can fat free, low sodium beef broth
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can fat free cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (1.1 oz) envelope Lipton's dry beefy onion soup mix
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. corn starch
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup butterscotch pieces
- 2 tbsp. butter

Oven Fried Paprika Chicken Cutlets

- 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt
- 1 tbsp paprika, divided
- 15 saltine crackers, crushed into crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, about 4
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 medium lemon, cut into wedges
Potato Hamburger Casserole

Spray baking pan. Layer potatoes, onions and ground beef in pan in this order
- 2-3 potatoes, peeled and slice thin
- 1 onion peeled and sliced thin
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

- Cake:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Filling:
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 3/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Easy Double Chocolate Chip Brownies
