Seven Fruit Salad

In a large bowl, combine the peaches, oranges, pineapple and pie filling
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) sliced peaches in juice, drained
- 2 cans (11 ounces each) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup reduced-sugar cherry pie filling
- 1 cup halved fresh strawberries
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Great American Brownie Pie

In a small bowl, cream butter and sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1-1/2 teaspoons almond extract
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup baking cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup chopped maraschino cherries
- 1/3 cup coarsely chopped almonds
- 1 cup white baking chips
- Whipped topping and maraschino cherries with stems, optional
Chicken with Mushroom Gravy

In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the chicken, gravy, milk, mushrooms, chilies and dressing mix
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
- 1 can (12 ounces) mushroom gravy
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 can (8 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
- 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
Broccoli Salad

Mix all salad ingredients together
- Dressing:
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1 large red onion, chopped
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 small pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small pkg. slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Zesty Tomato Salad

Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped into 1/2" pieces or 2 pints grape tomatoes
- 1 medium seedless cucumber, chopped into 1/2" pieces
- 1/2 medium red onion, chopped into 1/2" pieces
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Mexican Casserole

Mix first four ingredients together
- 1 lb. hamburger, cooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- milk to blend together
- medium cheddar cheese, cut into slices
- soft flour or corn tortillas
Greek Talapia

In a large skillet, brown fish in butter in batches
- 6 tilapia fillets (4 ounces each)
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled tomato and basil feta cheese
- 1/3 cup fat-free milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped ripe olives
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Eggless Spice Cake

In bowl, stir flour, sugar, baking soda, spices and salt until well blended
- 2 1/2 cups plain flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
Peanut Butter Brownies

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, butter and vanilla until smooth
- FILLING:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup HERSHEY®’S Cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup HERSHEY®’S Milk Chocolate Baking Chips
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
Double Chocolate Fudge

- 1 1/2 tsp. plus 2 tbs. butter
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- Pinch salt
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow cream
- 2 cups (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 pkg. (4 oz each) German sweet chocolate, broken into pieces
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
