Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
- 4 cups cubed Yukon Gold potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Crab Cakes

Combine crab, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, mayo, onion, mustard, egg white, pepper sauce, and salt if using

- 1/2 1/2 1/2 Cup dry plain breadcrumbs
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise

Instant Pot Beef Stew

In a large zip-top bag, combine flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- THICKEN STEW (OPTIONAL):
- 1 1/2 - 2 pounds beef stew meat trimmed and cut into 1 - 2 inch chunks
- 1 -2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning , divided
- 1/3 cup flour
- cooking oil
- 1 medium onion cut into large chunks
- 3-4 cloves garlic , minced
- 6 Tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 4 medium Russet potatoes , peeled and chopped into 1 inch chunks
- 1 large sweet potato peeled and chopped into 1 inch chunks
- 3 medium carrots , peeled and cut into slices
- 2 ribs celery chopped
- 1-2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 4-5 cups beef broth , homemade or low sodium
- water as needed to cover the vegetables
- 1-2 Tablespoons fresh chopped parsley for garnish
- 1/2 star anise , optional but adds SO much depth and flavor
- salt and pepper to taste
- Make a slurry with 2 Tablespoons cornstarch or flour , all purpose, gluten free or arrowroot powder+ 3 tablespoons cool water
Slow Cooker Southwestern Pot Roast

Place potatoes in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker
- 8 small red potatoes, cut in half 3-pound beef
- boneless arm roast, trimmed of fat
- 2 tablespoons Gold medal® all-purpose flour
- 1 pound baby-cut carrots
- 1 jar (16 ounces) Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
Packet Potatoes

Preheat oven to 450 or grill to high
- Foil
- 1 Small Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1 1/3 Lbs. Red Potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Dill Weed
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
Instant Pot Chicken Risotto

- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Medium Onion
- 7 ounces Button Mushrooms
- 1 pound Chicken Breast , diced
- 2 cups Risotto Rice
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- Seasoning:
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tsp Dried Rosemary
- 2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 tsp Paprika
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- Other:
- 1.5 ounces Unsalted Butter
- 3 ounces Parmesan Cheese
- Optional:

Peach Pie

- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 3 3 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 tsp salt
- 5 5 5 Cups sliced fresh peaches

Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Combine together seasoning mix in a small bowl
- Ingredients:
- 1 chuck roast (mine was 3 pounds)
- Olive oil
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 1 onion, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 2 stalks celery, cut into large chunks (optional)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoons corn starch
- SEASONING MIX -
- 2 tablespoons steak seasoning (mine is store-bought and has a blend of peppercorns, garlic, paprika, parsley and salt)
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
