Tilapia With Lemon Butter Sauce

Place flour in a shallow dish
- For the Tilapia:
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Tilapia Filets, Halved
- Salt & Pepper
- For the Sauce:
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Shallot, Chopped
- 1/2 Cup White Wine
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Parsley
- 1/2 Lemon
Buffalo Chicken Dip

- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/3 cup chopped dill, fresh or frozen
- 1 1/2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (Juice of 1/2 lemon; please squeeze a real lemon)
- 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
