Ingredients
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 (14-oz. can) pumpkin puree
- 1 (12-oz. can) evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- Pie Crust - Prepared

Preparation
Step 1
Start by slowly melting the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or just over some hot water. Add that melted chocolate to a bowl with all the other filling ingredients and whisk.
Pour filling into prepared pie crust. (Can freeze half if only making 1 pie). Bake the pie at 325 degree F. for a full hour until it’s lightly puffed and set in the middle.
