Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 4 -pound sugar pumpkin or kabocha squash
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 loaf cinnamon brioche, challah or plain pound cake, diced (about 10 cups)
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup diced crystallized ginger
- Confectioners' sugar, for garnish (optional)
Best-Ever Shrimp Salad

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain
- 1 pkg (12 oz.) Ronzoni Garden Delight® Rotini, Radiatore or Penne, uncooked
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen small cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup (8 oz.) dairy sour cream
- 1/4 cup bottled chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon ground dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash dried marjoram leaves
My Grandmas Coffee Cake

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar, and sour cream; add eggs and vanilla and beat well
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 8 ounces sour cream (1 cup)
- 2 eggs, beaten

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

A simple, classic broccoli salad that serves as a great fast side dish for any party or potluck
- Dressing:
- 5-6 cups broccoli florets 1 lb, this was about 2 1/2 heads of broccoli for me (450g)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese thicker, not finely shredded (115g)
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries (85g)
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon (60g)
- 1/2 cup salted sunflower seeds (60g)
- 1/3 cup red onion diced into small pieces (50g)
- 3/4 cup mayo I use olive oil mayo (175g)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (70g)
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons sugar (40g)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
