SKILLET ORANGE CHICKEN RECIPE

Place chicken pieces in a large bowl and add 3 tablespoons corn starch, salt and pepper
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1″ cubes
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Cashew Chicken (Pioneer Woman)

In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, oyster sauce, and sesame oil
- 1/2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 6 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs, Cut Into Small Cubes
- Kosher Salt To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Ginger
- 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1/4 cup Sherry Or Chicken Broth
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Drained Canned Water Chestnuts, Coarsley Chopped
- 1 cup Unsalted Cashews (be Sure To Use Unsalted)
- 2 whole Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
- Cooked Rice Or Noodles, For Serving (if Desired)

- 1 1/2 C. Roasted Peanuts
- 1 Tbs. Chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce
Balsamic Chicken Wings

Remove the tips from the wings by cutting between the joints
- 18 chicken wings
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon peeled and grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Lemon zest, for garnish
LEMON CHEESECAKE PUDDING DESSERT

Crush the graham crackers in a resealable bag with a rolling pin, or in a food processor, if not already crushed
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 2 boxes instant lemon pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 container whipped topping, thawed

- 1/2 cup white vermouth or dry white wine
