Pecan Pie w/cinnamon chocolate whipped cream

Whip cream, liqueur, cinnamon and chili powder together until stiff peaks form
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 shot orange liqueur
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 pinches chili powder or ground cayenne
- 1 (3-oz) baking bar semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 store bought pecan pies
Brownie Cookies (Pioneer Woman)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 4 ounces baking chocolate (unsweetened or bittersweet)
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 sticks salted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Roman-style Chicken (Giada)

Season the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 skinless chicken breast halves, with ribs
- 2 skinless chicken thighs, with bones
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus 1 teaspoon
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus 1 teaspoon 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 3 ounces prosciutto, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano leaves
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

Combine the milk, mayonnaise, cream, sugar and coffee in a medium saucepan
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Fresh berries, for serving

- 1-3/4 cup heavy cream

- Butter for greasing
- 2 cups (12 ounces) red cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups (12 ounces) yellow cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup capers, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus extra for seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus extra for seasoning
- 1/2 cup Italian-style seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 pound ziti or other short tube-shaped pasta

- Eight 8 1/2-inch rice paper wrappers
- 3 leaves green-leaf lettuce, torn into pieces
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1 carrot, cut into julienne
- 1 cucumber, cut into julienne
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup leftover cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Hot chile oil

- 10 chicken tenderloins
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 ⁄4 cup whole milk
- 3 ⁄4 cup chicken broth
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 ⁄2 cup flour
- oil (for deep frying, need a deep fryer)
- Sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 ⁄2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 ⁄2 cup honey
- 1 ⁄4 cup mustard
